Obama Barack has been democratically elected President of the US.
Quite an about face for the best democracy money can buy, in view of the Bush presidential se-lection.
But of course, corruption, collusion and nepotism is the sole monopoly of the Third World – or so the deluded denizens of the West repeat to themselves as they hug their knees, rocking back and forth – reminding themselves of how they uphold human rights equally across the board, entirely devoid of double-standards and totally oblivious to race, creed or religion.
Barrak Hussein Obama II was born to a white American Ann Dunham and Kenyan Barrak Hussein Obama Snr, in Nyang’oma Kogelo now in Kenya.

Ann Dunham married in 1967 Lolo Soetoro, a Javanese, whose own father, in 1946 was killed along with his eldest brother were killed, after which the Dutch army burned down the family’s home. Soetoro fled with his mother into the countryside to survive. Incidentally yet more proof of Dutch war crimes – delibrate destruction of civilian property outside the scope of battle.
Pak Lolo Soetoro was an army geologist then later a government relations consultant for Mobil Oil. Obama describes Soetoro as well-mannered, even-tempered, and easy with people.

From age 6 to 10, Obama lived in Jakarta. Age six, Obama attended the Catholic Primary St Francis di Assisi. Much was made of the lie he was educated in a Madrassa – or more accurately a pesantren – this of course was totally untrue. Obama Jnr later attended Model Primary School, Menteng and was registered as a Muslim – as his father was Muslim.
In the Muslim school, the teacher wrote to tell my mother that I made faces during Koranic studies. My mother wasn’t overly concerned. ‘Be respectful,’ she’d say. In the Catholic school, when it came time to pray, I would close my eyes, then peek around the room. Nothing happened. No angels descended. Just a parched old nun and 30 brown children, muttering words.
One of “Berry’s” childhood friends was Adi who often visited “Berry’s” 16 Jalan Haji Ramli house. Speaking volumes of Dutch “development” at the time the road was of this established middle-class neighbourhood was a dirt lane where Obama used to wile away the hours kicking a soccer ball.
Adi recalled Obama and his friends wore plastic bags over their shoes to walk through the muddy street during the rainy seasons.
Neighborhood Muslims worshiped in a nearby house, which has since been replaced by a larger mosque. Sometimes, when the muezzin sounded the call to prayer, Lolo and Barry would walk to the makeshift mosque together, Adi said.
His mother often went to the church, but Barry was Muslim. He went to the mosque,” Adi said. “I remember him wearing a sarong.”
Obama spent most his spare time hanging out with Adi and other friends at the home of Yunaldi Askiar, a classmate. They used to play a kind of fencing game using sticks, kick a ball up and down the narrow dirt lanes or go swimming in the river behind the school, said Askiar, 42, a car mechanic.
Obama was taller and better dressed than most kids in classes where shoes and socks were still luxuries, so he stood out from the start. As an African American, and the only foreigner, he suffered racial taunts and teasing but never turned to violence.
“At first, everybody felt it was weird to have him here,” Israella Dharmawan, his first grade teacher said. “But also they were curious about him, so wherever he went, the kids were following him.”
His friends enjoyed playing tricks on Berry: Harmon ASki recalled,
“Sometimes we’d say, ‘Barry, do you want a chocolate?’ And we’d give him a chocolate. The next day we’d give him a chocolate again. The third time we’d give him terasi (fermented shrimp paste) wrapped up like chocolate. Obama didn’t get mad. He would laugh it off.”
Ann Soetoro moved to Yogyakarta, while Obama Jnr studied in Jakarta. She was inspired by Jogja village industries, which became the basis of her 1992 doctoral dissertation.
“She loved living in Java,” said Dr. Dewey, who recalled accompanying Ms. Soetoro to a metalworking village. “People said: ‘Hi! How are you?’ She said: ‘How’s your wife? Did your daughter have the baby?’ They were friends. Then she’d whip out her notebook and she’d say: ‘How many of you have electricity? Are you having trouble getting iron?’ ”
Dunham-Soetoro became a consultant for the United States Agency for International Development on setting up a village credit program, then a Ford Foundation program officer in Jakarta specializing in women’s work. Later, she was a consultant in Pakistan, then joined Indonesia’s oldest bank to work on what is described as the world’s largest sustainable microfinance program, creating services like credit and savings for the poor.

In his tellingly-titled Memoir, Dreams from My Father, Obama describes his Indonesian interlude as “one long adventure, the bounty of a young boy’s life”. But he also recalls being troubled by the poverty around him: “the empty look on the faces of farmers the year the rains never came,” and the desperation of the disabled beggars who came to the family’s door.
“The world was violent, I was learning, unpredictable and often cruel,” he writes. Obama and his mother thus we were very well acquainted with the harsh realities of indigenous Indonesians.
Fermina Katarina Sinaga, recalled yojhng Obama in her class: in the common task of class to write an essay titled “My dream: What I want to be in the future.” Obama “wrote ‘I want to be a president,’ ” she said. During a later writing assignment on family, he wrote, “My father is my idol.
The Indonesian connection for Obama and all that shaped him proving once again all things Javanese and indigenous Indonesian the bedrock for the towering monuments built on the foundations of a great civilisation.

THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE: The following analysis is unique to the World Affairs Brief. Everyone else has missed this or been led astray by not understanding it. In order to make this fraud work, the media had to alter the description of the two types of birth certificates produced in Hawaii and indicate falsely that one is a short form of another longer form.
Even Jerome Corsi of World Net Daily, who has led the charge against Obama’s origin in Hawaii, fell for this false idea and kept repeating it column after column–that the Certification of Live Birth which the Obama campaign had previously showed and claimed was his birth certificate was a “short form” of the longer Certificate of Live Birth. The Certificate of Live Birth is longer because it is created by a hospital and signed by the attending doctor. Hence, he and other birthers mistakenly kept demanding to see the “long form,” which knowingly or unknowingly set up conservatives to receive the “long form” fraud we are dealing with this week.
However, the Certification form has never been a short form of anything. It is an entirely different type of birth certificate altogether–used exclusively for births outside of a hospital where no doctor or witnesses are present. In fact, no person who has a Certification of Live Birth can possible have the hospital generated type as well–because if they were born in a hospital, they never would have had the Certification of Live Birth form in the first place. The fact that Obama is now claiming to have both is an indication of fraud. These are either/or types of certification–mutually exclusive! No one can have both. The Certification is not a certification of a long-form birth certificate, but a certification of a birth outside the hospital system.
The Certification of Live Birth is what Obama’s mother got because no witnesses were necessary. Only the parent need certify that a birth occurred. That is precisely what Obama’s mother did to fraudulently claim that Obama was born in Hawaii. Many others have used Hawaii as a path to citizenship for just the same reason.
Ignorance of this single issue that I just addressed is causing many conservatives to walk away and say, “I guess I was wrong.” Virtually every legal complaint made to the courts about forcing Obama to produce his “long form” Birth Certificate is now moot–legally dead because they didn’t understand that there is no relationship at all between the two forms of birth certificates in Hawaii. I repeat: They are mutually exclusive and used for two different types of birth.
Now, what about that pesky notice in the newspaper announcing his birth several days later? TV commentator Anderson Cooper has been at the forefront attacking those who challenge Obama’s birth in Hawaii and he uses the fact that a birth announcement appeared in two Honolulu newspapers as proof. Anderson repeatedly made the claim that only hospitals or the Office of Birth Registrations can generate those notices in the newspaper. That is absolutely false even though he kept repeating it over and over. There were hundreds of babies born to Hawaiian midwives and Hawaii is very sensitive about making sure the native Hawaiians have every right to legal birth registration as those in a hospital setting. It is inconceivable that newspapers would be able to reject a private party announcement and not get a firestorm of legal action from the state of Hawaii.
Conveniently for the forgers, Dr. David Sinclair, the supposed attending physician is dead. I’m sure that is why they chose his name for the certificate. It wasn’t hard for the media to get his wife to agree that the signature was her husband’s. It would be hard for any lay person to detect an electronic copy of an original signature–because it is a copy of something real. The family was so ecstatic about the notoriety of their husband and father supposedly delivering a president, they failed to conceive they were being used.
Of course none of this newfound transparency by Obama answers why he spent over $2 million in legal fees to keep from revealing a hospital generated birth certificate, if it existed during this long dispute.
Now that the birth certificate has been forged, the White House team may have to invent hospital records for Stanley Ann Dunham who never was a patient at Kapi’olani hospital in 1961. Now that Obama has appeared to be open about his birth, he should have no issue with allowing the hospital to release his records, if they exist. Don’t hold your breath.
Neither is it likely that Obama will authorize the opening of his school records. There is a lot to keep hidden and any number of records would reveal not only his long-time foreign status as a student, but questions about grades and advancement to Harvard’s Law Review without so much as a published article on law. This whole exercise in forgery was done so as to ridicule anyone who wishes to demand further proof.
Meanwhile the Kenyan birth claims won’t go away, despite it being authenticated under much more scrutiny than the media offer on the Hawaii certificate. The owner, Lucas Smith, claims he traveled to Kenya in February and paid off a military officer in order to obtain a copy of the birth record from Coast General Hospital in Mombasa. His declaration is signed under penalty of perjury in a court case with lawyer Orly Taiz and certifies that the hospital administrator signed and sealed the copy, and indicates Obama’s birth in Africa on Aug. 4, 1961, at 7:24 p.m.
There are many other important people in Kenya, including the former Ambassador to the US who have knowledge of his birth there, but their testimony has been powerfully suppressed under pressure from the US government. Mr. Obama’s father WAS NOT an American citizen but was a citizen of Kenya and a British subject at the time of Barack’s birth. CASE CLOSED. BARACK OBAMA IS NOT ELIGIBLE.

I totally agree with you BMWF63, even if he was a naturalized citizen he still can not hold the office of President. One immigrant parent are Thomas Jefferson (1801-1809), whose mother was born in England, James Buchanan (1857-1861) and Chester Arthur (1881-1885), both of whom had Irish fathers, and Woodrow Wilson (1913-1921) and Herbert Hoover (1929-1933), whose mothers were born respectively in England and Canada.
Of course, we then have Gore, McCain etc etc who had a tilt at the job but in numpty world would be ineligible..

Hmmm… Help me out here? Is this is the same Corsis who believes Oil is replenished by normal chemical reactions in the earth, that a “Muslim terrorist group with ties to criminal drug networks and al-Qaida” has given “strong support” to John McCain, G. Bush pursued an agenda for North American Union, continental union of Canada, Mexico and the United States (the Canadians would love that) and…. oh never mind you get the idea :-)).
But best of all he is a regular contributor to the high humour publication World News Daily..

Predictably the black jesus is being hailed by the liberal media as a man of peace, having made noises about withdrawing from Afghanistan.
However one of his first acts in office was to massively escalate the war (and pick up his nobel peace prize, awarded for being black).
He has attacked Libya, Pakistan, and maintained operations in Iraq. I doubt we have seen anything like this since World War 2. He is the biggest war monger we have seen in the modern era.
If this guy did not have a dab-of-the-tar-brush, the liberal idiots would be tearing him to bits. Further evidence of how corrupt the political left is.

Past tense..Stevo, in fact the left is mortified that the man has turned out to be just another Bush, just more articulate, intelligent and honest but the basic policies remain the same if not more so.
Its always amusing to me to watch the rants here and elsewhere (mostly race based at the core) but the moment you ask which exact policy proposed by the prez is going to end the world as we know it…we descend into “a narsissistic freak whos hooked on drugs,perverted sex and power trips” which probably describes both kennedy and nixon bit is hardly an answer.
Even more amusing, even after what at best could be called a lack lustre presidency, he will probably be re-elected (to my never ending amusement) as the right has collapsed into an unelectable sewer of birthers, racists and fair dinkum loonies. One can only hope a real conservative instead of the tea bag nutcases emerges soon to make it at least interesting

Obama is certainly no better or worse than many others who have held his office. What annoys me most is not Obama himself, he seems like an ok guy to me, for all thats worth. It is the double standard shown by the media, solely due to his perceived “race”
He is entirely a creation of the left leaning media. The bias shown against Bush and for Obama in the media was incredible. Given that degree of media support you could not fail.
But your right, they are finally starting to judge him for the content of his character, not the colour of his skin, 😉

For all the good intentions that lie at the basis of a generalized social security plan for all Americans I wonder if many US representatives have carefully read the nitty-gritty details of the Healthcare Reform Plan, better known as Obamacare.
Even if some provisions like
Page 50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even if they are here illegally.
could be debatable from a humanitarian point of view, others are indicative of the future that awaits us.
Page 58 and 59: The government will have real-time access to an individual’s bank account and will have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those accounts.

Page 203/line 14-15: The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax.

Now for the downright scary bitsPage 272. section 1145: Cancer hospital will ration care according to the patient’s age.

Page 429, line 13-25: The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life order.
Maybe this last one was an attempt to curb the flow of illegal immigration, or even Green Card applications.
However the following may shed some light on the reason why Obamacare finally made it through Congress. It is specifically stated that this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are already exempt from the Social Security system and have a well-funded private plan that covers their retirement needs.
