Female Chastity Locks

In Batu, Malang, East Java the local government has issued an informal ruling requiring women who work in massage parlors to use a kind of chastity padlock on their skirts/pants and underpants, to prevent male guests from making too much headway in that area.
The purpose is to prevent the lovely hillside town of Batu from getting a bad reputation as a place of prostitution, it is said. Later the ruling will become an official regional law and those massage parlor operators who fail to have their staff’s underwear under lock and key will be subject to penalties. kompas
Batu’s trailblazing example seems to have reached Jakarta with the Tourist Office of the city considering a similar rule. Made Karya says Jakarta massage parlours are divided into two groups, those that simply offer health massages, and those that offer extras, and the padlock idea is something that needs serious consideration to deal with the latter. kompas

I know out here in Indonesia attitudes towards equality are pretty retro, but it really dampens the impact of any point you might be trying to make regarding rape and its victims when you start meandering into your typical racist comfort zone. Seriously, what difference does it make what race someone is if they get raped? Of what possible significance is it who’s prettier?

If CCTV was enforced, offcourse there wil be an additional damage cost borne by the customer to have CCTV camera off in the dealt room. ! All back to the brilliant marketing issue to increase the value

It’s not going to be very romatic if while you are on the nest a gurt big bifocal lens effort pokes you up the bracket. What happens if the money runs out on the short strokes? Do you get clamped and have a ticket stuck on your harris?

Marketing ploy by the Massage Parlours, really?
What about if some of the more extreme measures like CCTV or transparent curtains between cubicles come into force? I would not imagine that there would be a corresponding increase in trade. Quite the contrary, there would be more than a few fellas not willing to be animal in the massage zoo if they new they were being filmed!
