Upper & Lower Body Pride

Jul 25th, 2011, in Society, by

Indonesia ranks at the bottom for both womanly upper body pride and its manly lower counterpart.

A map of the world by breast size, with Indonesia ranking at the bottom in the modest A cup category along with the rest of east Asia and ample swathes of Africa:

World Breast Map
See fuller sized version.

And in the interests of ‘gender equality’, and to plumb the depths pleasantly further, a world map of penis size:

Some researchers with too much public funding have even made connections between average John Thomas size and rates of economic growth:

Penis Size & Economic Growth

Indonesia would seem to be under-performing based on these measurements.

Stevo, Do you forget that everything here is still available to be read?? Before you start accusing other people of lying perhaps you should revisit the thread coz you are telling whoppers. I am not sure if that is due to terminal embarrassment of the run of silly statements (in which case its better to just fess up as it disarms your critics) or sadly you really cannot remember what you said from minute to minute (which brings me back to the troll or 14 yo theory)

I never said 80% of complaints were false. I did say I “had heard” that between 50-80% were. I also expressed doubts about those figures. Your getting desperate and resorting to lies…….. again.

Ok let’s be honest here, no you didn’t say it but you quoted it in support or your poor male victim position. When mocked at its absurdity, you continued to rally behind the statement referring to your time in the “industry”, security guards and your mythical mysterious analytical detective (who still makes guest appearances as prop for the absurd). You did this time and again until you were eventually you were dragged kickin’ and screaming to acknowledge the sheer silliness of the quote.

However, your still grudging concession was after 10,20, 30 posts, so lets not pretend otherwise…that would be the lie!

Of course, none of this was done in good grace as you still in your heart seem to be unable to accept the nonsense aspect of your earlier claims as evidenced by:

However I have been- personally- told by a very experienced detective that a great many complaints are false. (I remind you this is from a guy who has brought many rapists to justice and feels very strongly about the crime.)

Here we have the foot stamping “well maybe its not 80% but its lots lots coz some bloke told me so” The reality of course would be that while false allegations do occur, not rational person would even suggest the numbers were statistically significant. Your constant attempts to link rape to the persecution of (and this is what really makes me laugh) of the western male by women is simply gut wrenchingly insane. It’s a stupid thing to say in any western country and becomes repugnant when overlaid on many developing or in-conflict nations where systemic rape is used as a weapon of war. I do not recall the last time a bunch of hire women thugs humiliated whole populations by threatening false allegations do you?

Stevo, you obviously have some women issues and it is probably a valid point that in the area of family law in particular (in the west) the scales are tilted in favour of the mother and or wife. However, to try and expand that into some great global conspiracy by the fem nazi’s against Stevo is silly. To try and align those grievances against the very brutal and one sided life’s the majority of the worlds women must endure is repugnant.

To make even more local for you and I suggest Bonni would agree. Whilst, in the bigger cities Indonesian women have made great strides, Indonesia still remains very much a male dominated society and unfortunately thanks a lack of will by the government against extreme groups many of those advances are being wound back. To be a girl/woman in most of the villages contrary to your noble happy native wetdream is for most girls a life of low education, unending drudgery and arranged marriage at an age most of the west would still consider a child. Your issues rapidly pale into insignificance in comparison.

Finally, I am dying to know what hidden agenda you are referring to..

Could you have found an example of this type of thinking amongst the vast non European majority of the world? Why choose a little place tucked away in Europe. (Hint…… because they are “white”. )

    Huh????

  2. Stevo says:

“To be a girl/woman in most of the villages contrary to your noble happy native wetdream…”

Where on earth did you get that from Oigal? (My nobel happy native wetdream) Responding to the voices in your head again are you, Huh?

I am well aware of the things you mentioned, regarding the reality for many Indonesian women. It is not about “my issues” as you suggest. Things are ok for me.

I am flattered by all the attention you and Lairedion have lavished upon me and your kind offers of dolls and other gifts. However I think it is time to respectfully remind you that the thread is not about ME.

Maybe David can start a, Stevo is an A#@hole, thread for your enjoyment 🙂

Let’s see, me, as an example of Indonesian girl living in Jakarta:
    1. Low education = not at all.
    2. Unending drudgery = nope.
    3. Arrange marriage at an age most of the west would still consider a child = ok, I’m 23… Let me think… Nada!

    Thats it! 😀

  4. Oigal says:

Indeed Bonnie, that was the distinction I was trying to draw, there is often a huge gap between the urban, educated and chic girl in Jakarta compared to those in the provinces. The life of the village girl is more often than not a world away from the life of big city..

Which of course, partly explains the exodus to the cities which often is not the land hope and dreams they thought it would be.

  5. deta says:

Kang Lairedion, your ideology is very edun, euy 🙂

    @Stevo

The mistreatment toward men that you often complain about happens probably because gender equity itself is still a rather vague concept that needs to be evaluated and updated over and over. Like, when exactly women and men can be said to be equal? By equity, do we mean that men and women have to have absolutely equal rights in all fields, or merely giving more bargaining power for women? If men and women by nature cannot be treated equally, how is the most fair treatment for male and females in marriage, in work? etc, etc.

But according to Martin Luther King Jr (as you seem to love quotes) : “Every step toward the goal of justice requires sacrifice, suffering, and struggle; the tireless exertions and passionate concern of dedicated individuals.”

    We’re getting there (I wish)

  6. bonni says:

Oigal, infact, some of the village girls are more ‘gaul’ than the city girls… I was fascinated myself! 😀

  7. stevo says:

    Oigal had this to say:

To be a girl/woman in most of the villages contrary to your noble happy native wetdream is for most girls a life of low education, unending drudgery and arranged marriage at an age most of the west would still consider a child. Your issues rapidly pale into insignificance in comparison.

I had this to say on the Dating Indo Girls thread:

Many Asian societies are fiercely competitive and harsh, by the standards of the Anglo Saxton countries. Maintaining social relationships (work, family, friends) is essential as a matter of survival. So is making money and saving for the sorts of things provided by the State in the Anglo countries. Life is complicated and often unforgiving.
Asian women do all this with grace and dignity.
Compare that with the “independent & strong” Anglo women with their social safety nets of government education, health, unemployment benefits and vast array of welfare programs. They also benefit from State funded organizations who lobby specifically for women’s issues.
Its mind blowing arrogance to think they can teach an Asian lady anything about being “strong”

Do my words really sound like the come from a “nobel happy savage wetdream” Oigal?

I note that (yet again) you imply that life is easy for the poor men in Indonesia and that its only hard for the poor women.

I think its you who is having the “wetdream”. It is a male dominated society true, however that does not make life -easy- for the men who are struggling to survive. Yet you show no concern for them, why ?

I agree with your comment below:

Your issues rapidly pale into insignificance in comparison.

They sure do pale into insignificance and so do the issues of Western feminists. BUT I do not hear you dismissing the concerns of Western women simply because Indonesian women have it harder. In fact you do the total opposite. However you are happy to dismiss injustice against males as unimportant on the basis life is harder for women!

Both you and L have been very very clear about this. Injustice against western men should be ignored because another group (women) are worse off. So are you also suggesting we take the same approach with the concerns of western women and if not why?

Let see either of you answer that without demonstrating a double standard!

  8. Oigal says:

Let see either of you answer that without demonstrating a double standard!

Too easy because it laughable nonsense to compare the two issues its like comparing an ingrown toe nail to the loss of a limb.

  9. stevo says:

Well thats a FAIL for Oigal.

Let see if Lairedion can worm his way out of it.

  10. Oigal says:

Stevo, you are surely not still under the impression anyone here takes you seriously are you?

  11. stevo says:

How would you feel about a country where the following things happen IM readers?:

A women asks for a divorce from her unhappy marriage. The man drugs her food so she becomes unconscious. When she wakes up she is tied to the bed helpless and naked. The man then takes a 250cm knife and starts cutting up her vagina while the women is alive and screaming.

    The story gets worse sorry……………….

In this country they LAUGH & MAKE JOKES about what happened to that poor girl on Television Talk Shows etc. People even set up a facebook page saying this man should be set free and violence against women is ok.Are you disgusted by this?…………….. I am.

It is a recent and true story. The only thing is I made a very small mistake. I said the victim was a women. Sorry dear reader, the VICTIM was a MAN. The attacker was a woman. The country is America in the year 2011.

What…………… you don’t believe me! Ok Google, Catherine Becker, and see for your self.

Oigal and Lairedion want us to believe this sort of thing is ok and is not important.
Oigal & Lariedion say that: “To try and align those grievances against the very brutal and one sided life’s the majority of the worlds women must endure is repugnant.” (thank for that Oigal)
Get that folks………….. it is REPUGNANT to speak out against a man being drugged, tied up and having his genitals cut up with a 250cm knife.

I believe in treating ALL people with fairness and equality. I do not think its ok to ignore wrong doing, just because someone else has it worse. Oigal & Laiedion do not agree with me. (just read the posts above for proof)

So now we see a real life example of the sort of society offered by Oigal & Lairedion. I would be interested to read some comments from Indonesian men. Do you think this sort of society will work well in Indo and will this make you treat women better?

  12. stevo says:

I have read what others have to say about your veiws Oigal. You have been torn to bits repeatedly on this site and always for doing the same things, but fail to learn from the experinence.

You are getting off lightly, at the moment, simply because others are tired of engaging you. There are smarter and more articulate people, than me, who have handed you your bum on a plate many times.

So its a bit arrogant to assume you speak for everyone with this :

Stevo, you are surely not still under the impression anyone here takes you seriously are you?

Typical of the dismissive replies you make when your on the ropes, in the corner and fading. Your done. I very generously gave you a chance, but you had nothing.

Mirth in the Mutilation of Men
by careyroberts on July 26, 2011

No one disputes the facts of the case. After a brief marriage, a 60-year-old California business owner filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. He allowed his wife, Catherine Becker, to remain in his condominium while the divorce was finalized.

But Becker apparently became consumed by a jealous rage over the man’s new-found romantic interest. So last Monday she drugged the man, lashed him to a bed, severed his penis with a 10-inch knife, and tossed the appendage into a garbage disposal.

    and

But for some, the incident was cause for merriment and glee.

Veronica Roberts of California made light of the incident, headlining how Becker made “mince meat” of her victim’s appendage. “Another women performed a ‘Bobbit’ and goes for the cleaver,” she wrote cheerfully.

At SodaHead News, the attack was cause for ribald hilarity. “What’s up with all these severed penises? It’s like the new go-to punishment for unruly husbands.”

The blogger at Hegemony Heights was inspired to pen this light-hearted limerick:

There once was a woman called Becker
who cut off her poor husband’s pecker
    On her way to divorce
she used drugs and some force
to become the ultimate home wrecker

But some dispensed with the façade of facetiousness.

At The Stir, Maijken Brence wrote, “some men deserve things like this happening to them.” And over at the Online Dish, Kim commented, “the jaw dropper is the garbage disposal part…hahaha.”

And the inevitable Facebook page offering approving “You go girl!” call-outs for Becker: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Catherine-Kieu-Becker-Fan-page/111461202282860

When Wendy Williams was asked about the incident, the TV personality quipped,
“When you cross a woman, all is fair.” Finding humor in the garbage disposal, Williams joked, “It was more efficient than throwing it in a field, where they could pick it up.”

Over at ABC’s The Talk, Sharon Osbourne decided it was time to goose her audience ratings. So after averring she didn’t know the circumstances for his decision to file for the divorce (did the reasons really matter?), she described the incident as “hysterical” and summed it up with the remark, “it’s quite fabulous.”

Yes yes yes yes fabulous……:( And Oigal wonders why the strict Muslims are not interested in copying American society.

  15. Oigal says:

Oh my, what a Muppet :-).. Stevo isolating one case of abuse or victimisation does not trend make. For very story like that, anyone with ten minutes to spare could come back with equally horrific stories by the scores. Shall we discuss the treatment of Indonesian female workers in SA for example, or perhaps how what the ratio of abuse cases might be? Oh that’s right they are 80% made up by manipulative vindictive women, sorry I forgot.

It does not change the screamingly obvious fact that trying to compare the average western males trials and tribulations to the vast majority of women in the world and in particular women in developing nations is a best nonsensical at worst just sad trolling.

Laugh.. I reckon I could live without the chances 😉 although finally a moment of truth

There are smarter and more articulate people, than me

I assume you are referring to the species as whole here.

    You are a hoot Stevo,

Ok.. just for a second, lets be honest here..Do you really honestly thing people take you seriously? I ask in all sincerity as that would truly be bizarre and just a little scary.

  16. stevo says:

You had your chance to answer the concerns I raised and you had nothing to say Oigal.

Now you are back to drawing false conclusion from my postings, that do not accurately reflect my actually thinking or the points I have attempted to raise.

This is your default behaviour when you have nothing to offer. Name calling and attempts at ridicule are all good fun, but back them up with some substance if you want that tactic to work.

  17. bonni says:

    Stevo,

    Thanks…

I don’t want to put some violence against women cases here.

But me-myself categorized that case above as Domestic Violence which involved a -clearly- not sane woman.

Clearly -also- any kinds of violence are not allowed… It is -again- clearly a crime.

But hereby I promise I won’t cut any penis, as it would be a lost for another woman…

Off the topic, I would like to ask… Why are you such a girl, Stevo? 😛

  18. Oigal says:

cut n paste in bulk form from other websites is not substance stevo..just boring

    Bonnie…LOL

  19. stevo says:

Why are you such a girl, Stevo?

    bonni,

Because I can claim “Victim” status in western countries. This victim status allows me to enjoy special rights and privileges that others do not have. The government will form special departments to cater for my needs as a girl. People will be forced to employ me, because I am a women, not because of my skills. It will be in the law that I am as strong and capable as any man. I can join the Police or be a soldier trained to kill. It is against the law, in the west, to say I am weaker. BUT if a man ever touches me, he will get extra punnishment because I am just a weak little girl. The world is mine, if I am a such a girl in the west. I do not have to work, if I keep having babies. The government will give me money and the government will take money from the fathers (if I know who it is) of each of the children. I can marry if I want, then run off with another man, keep the house and kids, and the husband will have to pay to keep me, while I take drugs, party and neglect the kids.

That is why I am such a girl bonni.

(I know its not so good being such a girl in Indo, so I choose to be a man there.)

  20. bonni says:

    Stevo,

Let me add some ‘morals’ to your story…

And the people who are forced to hire you because you are a woman would say this when you don’t do your job good, “Thank God, you’re pretty!”

Or in a meeting, when you talk nobody hears, then you scream loudly, “Whatever people! When the package is this pretty, no one cares what’s inside!”

    Peace, Stevo xoxo 🙂

  21. stevo says:

ha ha ha …………… thats the most sensible thing I have read on this thread so far bonni.

That is the same in the West or Asia I think 🙂

  22. bonni says:

If I took that seriously, I would be hurted. But because you clearly have no gender perspective and clearly have no idea about human rights issues, violence, etc, so I took it as you are not capable to understand yet.

    🙂

(I know its not so good being such a girl in Indo, so I choose to be a man there.)

    Well said x 🙂

  23. stevo says:

Why would you, an Indonesian lady, be hurt by my speaking about the silly side of life in the West bonni? Does it sound like life in Indonesia, I think not.

I was not making any of that stuff up, its a daily fact of life in some places. I might point out that I have seen more than most of the failures in the western system, because of my work. Sure life in the west is much easier, generally, than in Indonesia. It is not however perfect and there is work to be done.

You say I have no gender perspective. Well thats exactly what feminists are fighting for, to remove gender perspective, so every one is treated equally and not based on gender. So was that a compliment to me? Thanks……….I think 😉

  24. bonni says:

    Stevo,

I don’t want to give any comments regarding to ‘gender’ anymore. As I said before you have no gender perspective. None of my words would work for you.

BUT if a man ever touches me, he will get extra punnishment because I am just a weak little girl.

You seem to be concerned about men. I was wondering… Based on that statement, what will happen if the girl touch the man?

  25. Lairedion says:

    @deta, hatur nuhun, teh 😉

Well thats exactly what feminists are fighting for, to remove gender perspective, so every one is treated equally and not based on gender.

Our down to earth and fun company is missing the point again by confusing awareness of differences with equal value.

In gender perspective, men and women are different but of the same value as both are human beings. In skin colour perspective white is different from black, yellow, red or brown but of the same value as we are all human beings.

Why is that so difficult to understand? 😕

  26. Stevo says:

“what will happen if the girl touch the man?”

Bonni, I can tell you some of what I have seen with my own eyes and ears. This is not some thing I read or heard at the bar over a few beers. This is from sitting in a western Court.

A woman appeared before the Judge. She had a dispute with a man. She attacked him and the injuries to his arm required hospital treatment. She smashed up his car and damaged property belonging to another person. The Judge gave her no punishment or conviction. The Judge just said she needed help.

A short time later a man appeared in front of the same Judge. He was going through a relationship break up. He had a dispute with his partner. He pushed her but caused no injury to her. He pulled open the door of the refrigerator, quickly, causing damage to it. The same Judge told this young man that domestic violence was very serious and if he did this sort of thing again he would go to jail. He got a sentence of community work, Court ordered supervision and was ordered to pay $14.00 to repair the refrigerator.

I can recall two occasions where a man was threatened with a knife by a woman (both Asian ladies actually) and they were discharged without conviction. (no punishment)

I know women have it very bad in many places. That does not excuse this double standard or the injustice against men. I find it laughable that some arrogantly assume the superiority of western values, but are unwilling to acknowledge injustice in the west.
What do these people really stand for? It certainly is not justice and equality, so what is it?

  27. Oigal says:

We should warn the world about the hordes of Amazonian Warrior Women stalking Australia and beating the crap out of the Stevos of the world. Why the menfolk literally cower in fear. 🙂

What do these people really stand for? It certainly is not justice and equality, so what is it?

Mmmm,,, I am guessing the right of refrigerator doors to go about their business without being subject to violence?

Any truth in the following story heard in the same court?:

S..”My Girlfriend accuses me of being a stalker”

    Judge “Really?”

S…”Well she is not exactly my Girlfriend yet”

    🙂

  28. bonni says:

    Oigal… LOL

    Stevo,

I read your story, and I believe you have missed some parts in those cases.

As far as I’m living my life as a girl… Based on my own experience… If a man touches me -‘carelessly’-, then I probably would slap him. But when I touch a man -‘carelessly’-, he always touch me back -even more ‘carelessly’- ( which is good because I like him 😉 ). That’s why I was wondering, why oh why?? Why am I such a girl???

  29. stevo says:

You sound like a normal healthy girl to me bonni.

Even femanazi need some love & attention 🙂

  30. stevo says:

Why is that so difficult to understand?

Its not difficult Lairedion . Congratulations on finally figuring out what I had – wrongly- assumed was too obvious to mention… without sounding patronising.

Maybe I have to dumb it down even further, I have been watching Oigal for tips 🙂
